Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by dfbocqi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement is effective between you ("User") and dfbocqi ("Platform") as the entity operating this website under an international licence.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the dfbocqi services. dfbocqi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Account Eligibility and Registration

dfbocqi services are only open to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 or above at the date of registration.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents participation in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Holding only one active account in your own name — multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• Providing truthful, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• Not a dfbocqi employee or an immediate family member of such an employee.

dfbocqi reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on the dfbocqi platform are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours from the time the request is received and verified.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit for compliance purposes.
• dfbocqi reserves the right to request additional identity verification for transactions exceeding certain limits.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including the use of third-party accounts or false payment information, will result in the immediate freezing of all funds in the account concerned while an investigation is conducted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by dfbocqi are subject to specific terms set for each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• The dfbocqi welcome bonus provides a 120% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from those bonus funds can be made.
• For example: a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, giving a balance of RM220 with a wagering requirement of RM2,400 (RM120 × 20) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Another example: a deposit of RM600 will generate a bonus of RM300, giving a balance of RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM6,000 (RM300 × 20).
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• dfbocqi reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected to have been obtained through illegitimate means or in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the dfbocqi platform, you agree to comply with the following:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
• Do not use software, bots, or any automated methods to interact with the platform.
• Do not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate the law.
• Ensure your account information is kept up to date and accurate, including your email address and mobile phone number.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations relating to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

dfbocqi is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our customer service immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dfbocqi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of dfbocqi or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of this platform without prior written consent from dfbocqi. The use of dfbocqi's trademarks, logos, or brand names for any purpose other than those expressly permitted is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dfbocqi, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• The use of or inability to use dfbocqi services.
• Any technical disruption, theft, or operational error occurring beyond dfbocqi's reasonable control.
• Decisions made based on information obtained through this platform.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account as a result of the user's own negligence.

dfbocqi does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. However, we are committed to minimising disruptions and notifying users of any planned maintenance in advance.

Account Suspension and Termination

dfbocqi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any of the conditions set out in this document. Situations that may lead to such action include:

• Registration by individuals below the minimum age requirement.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Ownership of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Use of unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Suspected activities related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system.

Users may also voluntarily close their own accounts by contacting the dfbocqi customer support team. Any legitimate account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the final review has been completed.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to dfbocqi's international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or these terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules set by the licensing authority. Users agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings is based on the international licence held by dfbocqi.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
